We are doing maintenance on our real-time databases to improve performance for our service provided from our US region data center.

This work is planned for tomorrow, Friday, between 4am - 6am Eastern Standard Time. We expect this will cause approximately 20-40 minutes of downtime in total during this period.

A number of US Region customers are currently experiencing a timeout when attempting to generate a PDF from an Audit Trail or Logs.

Unable to save activity attendance

Between 11:57 UTC to 15:51 UTC today, it was not possible to save new activity attendance within the Personnel & Training web app due to a misconfiguration. The issue was resolved automatically by our engineers (approximately 1 hour ago).
