Difficulties exporting PDF of Audit Trail or Logs

This issue has been resolved today, and Logs and Audit Trails are now exporting as normal. Please check and click re-run on any exports in the archived incidents list that ran during this period if the export was marked as failed. Our help desk is available on help@d4h.com

We have resolved this issue. It was caused by an update which was put in to production at the time of incident which has now been reverted. Thank you for your patience.

Unable to save activity attendance

Between 11:57 UTC to 15:51 UTC today, it was not possible to save new activity attendance within the Personnel & Training web app due to a misconfiguration. The issue was resolved automatically by our engineers (approximately 1 hour ago).

We continue to experience some intermittent connectivity and continue to triage it while working on the root cause. We are monitoring and expect any interruptions to be very brief and return automatically.We expect a full resolution of this issue by tomorrow.

We had some intermittent connectivity on our US region today which we logged for a period of 8 minutes. During this time, some users may have received a warning that syncing had paused and would have been switched to offline mode within their Incident Management app or web browser until their connection returned automatically.
During this period, any updates made within the web browser and app would have been queued and automatically synchronized on return of connectivity.
